This session will involve your therapist gathering detailed information to understand your unique experiences, concerns and goals. The session is designed to ensure your therapist has clarity on your expectations and goals moving forward in treatment.

An individual session is a one-on-one meeting between you and your therapist focused on working toward your treatment goals by exploring your thoughts, feelings and unique experiences in depth.

Family therapy aims to address communication barriers, improve conflict resolution and strengthen relationships within the family unit. Sessions may involve siblings, the entire family, or the identified client with select family members, depending on the needs of those involved.
